Jana L. Foreman
“Because nothing is more important than family relationships, the most rewarding thing about practicing family law for me is being able to help my clients and make a positive difference.”
Her approach is both empathetic and honest. With sincere appreciation of her clients’ specific needs, she attentively guides them through emotionally stressful legal matters.
By being thorough and approachable, she is able to establish relationships with her clients that are based on trust.
It is important to Jana that her clients are confident that they are professionally and effectively represented.
With this in mind, it is her belief that the best way to avoid a trial about any issue regarding family law is to prepare for one.
She is enthusiastic and dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.
In addition to Jana’s private family law practice, she also serves as a court appointed ad litem attorney, representing the interests of minor children and parents on a consistent basis.
She is thoroughly involved in the lives of numerous families in the communities she practices.
Outside of her family law practice, Jana enjoys time with her family, traveling, and reading. She has been married to her husband Toby for 20 years.
Together they have two children, Grant and Ashton.
